Schaefer served as the Chief Operating Office of Saint Mary’s Hospital of Blue Springs, Vice President of Clinical Support of Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis and Senior Director of Outreach Services with Spelman Memorial Hospital in Smithville, Missouri. Ms. Schaefer has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater St. Louis Women in Healthcare Association, the Hospital Home Health Council, the Missouri Association of Home Health Agencies, and the Kansas City Regional Home Health Association.
